Lind A Puzzle To Mexico.

Dr. Cosio Says His Countrymen Deplore America's Stand.
    Dr. Joaquin B. Cosio, Medical Inspector of the Public Schools of the City of Mexico, who arrived in New York yesterday on the Ward liner Mexico, said that when he left the Mexican capital the people, as a general rule, were greatly puzzled as to the exact nature of John Lind's mission. He also said the Mexicans felt deeply the refusal of this Government to recognize the Huerta Government.
    The doctor, who is accompanied by Señora Cosio, is on his way to Buffalo as the Mexican Delegate to the International Congress on School Hygiene.
