Must Consult Rumania.

New York Times 100 years ago today, October 29, 1912:
States Will Have to Consider Her if Turkey Is Cut Up.
BUCHAREST, Oct. 28.— The Cabinet has decided that the circumstances do not warrant the mobilization of the Rumanian army.
The King, addressing the Ministers, declared, however, that the existing grave situation would impose upon Rumania "the duty of arriving at important decisions."
The King's speech is interpreted as indicating that in the event of Turkey's defeat Rumania will insist upon being consulted in any redistribution of Turkish dominions.
