BELGRADE, Oct. 27.— The taking of Uskub by the Servian Army has elated the people who were so stoical yesterday when awaiting the news.
It is now considered that Servia has performed her part in the great campaign, and a general celebration is in progress.
Old men and boys with flags of the allies are marching and singing from one legation of the allies to another.
