Mexicans Cheer Our Flag.

New York Times 100 years ago today, February 20, 1913:
Complete Change of Feeling Since Taft's Non-intervention Note.
Special to The New York Times.
WASHINGTON, Feb. 19.— A private dispatch received in Washington to-day from an American resident of Mexico City stated that there has been a complete change of feeling toward the United States since the announcement that this Government would not intervene and the deposition of President Madero.
"Never in the history of the two countries has the flag of the United States been cheered in Mexico as it was here to-day," concluded the dispatch.
