To Shoot Foreign Airmen.

New York Times 100 years ago today, January 10, 1913:
Russian Government Warns Them Not to Cross the Frontier.
    ST. PETERSBURG. Jan. 9.— The Cabinet has issued an order prohibiting foreign balloonists and aviators from crossing the western frontier for six months.
    Any one violating this order, it is announced, is liable to be shot down.
