Turkish-Bulgar Conference.

New York Times 100 years ago today, January 8, 1913:
    CONSTANTINOPLE, Jan. 7.— Nazim Pasha, the Minister of War, and Noradunghian Effendi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, went to-day by special train to meet the Bulgarian Commander in Chief, Gen. Savoff. They returned to Constantinople this evening.
    The object of the meeting has not been divulged.
