MARFA, Texas,. Sept. 20,— Col. Pascual Orozco, Sr., and his five companions, advisers of Gen. Orozco, leader of the Mexican rebellion in the north, who were captured by United States troops at Presidio, Texas, were found not guilty of neutrality law violations to-day by United States Commissioner Griffin, and were released.
The elder Orozco and José Cordeva, however, were immediately rearrested at the request of the Mexican Consul at El Paso. An effort will be made to obtain their extradition to Mexico on a charge of murder. They will be taken to El Paso for the hearing.
Gen. Orozco is reported to be about fifty miles south of Ojinaga with 1,000 men.
Gen. Trucy Albert and his force of Federals are still at that place.
