Americans Have Occupied Masaya and Will Push On to Relieve the Starving Girls at Granada.
    SAN JUAN DEL SUR, Sept. 19.— A force of American marines under the command of Major Smedley D. Butler, which left Managua last Sunday to open the railroad to Granada, occupied the town of Masaya yesterday.
