Servians Expecting War.

New York Times 100 years ago today, September 20, 1912:
Business in Belgrade at a Standstill — Mobilization Rumor.
    BELGRADE, Sept. 19.— The greatest alarm was occasioned here to-day by a rumor that mobilization had been ordered.
    The rumor was officially denied, but the belief persists that war with Turkey is impending.
    As a consequence business generally has been brought to a standstill.
