Allies Sign Armistice.

New York Times 100 years ago today, April 21, 1913:
All but Montenegro Conclude Truce with Turkey.
    CONSTANTINOPLE, April 20.— Delegates representing Turkey and all the Balkan allies, with the exception of Montenegro, signed an armistice on Saturday at Bulair.

    LONDON, Monday, April 21.— A Belgrade dispatch to the Daily Mail says that the existence of a secret Austro-Bulgarian convention providing for reciprocal assistance in conflicts with Servia has been revealed through the indiscretion of a subordinate diplomatic official.
