Two Fall 2,000 Feet.

New York Times 100 years ago today, April 18, 1913:
Greek Aviator and Cretan Chief Are Killed at Salonika.
    SALONIKA, April 17.— Lieut. Archyiropoulous, a Greek aviator, and a passenger, Constantinos Manos, a noted Cretan chief, were killed to-day by the fall of an aeroplane from a height of nearly 2,000 feet.
