Turkish Fleet Not to Interfere with Bulgarians' Revictualing.
CONSTANTINOPLE, April 17.— The agreement for the suspension of hostilities between the Bulgarians and the Turks is officially confirmed.
The armistice will continue until April 25, and may be prolonged if peace has not been concluded in the interval.
A neutral zone is to be fixed during the suspension of fighting, and it has been agreed that the Turkish fleet shall not interfere with the revictualing of the Bulgarian Army.
The armistice may be annulled on forty-eight hours' notice by either party.

LONDON, Friday, April 18.— The Ambassadorial conference was in prolonged session yesterday.
It is understood that it was agreed to offer Montenegro a loan of $6,000,000, guaranteed by the six powers, as a solatium for the loss of Scutari.
A Cettinje dispatch to The Daily Express says it is understood that Montenegro is ready to withdraw her troops from Scutari, provided that Europe concedes certain territory and guarantees that Scutari will not be fortified. '
