Balkan-Turkish Armistice.

New York Times 100 years ago today, April 16, 1913:
One Report Says It Is for Three Days, Another for Ten Days.
    CONSTANTINOPLE, April 15.— A persistent report is in circulation here that a ten days' armistice, beginning at 6 o'clock last evening, has been concluded between Turkey and Bulgaria.

    PARIS, April 15.— A three days' armistice has been arranged between Turkey and the Balkan allies, according to a semi-official dispatch from Constantinople.
