LONDON, Wednesday, Aug. 21.— The Dally Mall's correspondent at Tien-Tsin says:
"Sun Yat-Sen arrives at Taku tonight (Tuesday) or to-morrow morning.
"It is considered probable that his life will be attempted at Tien-Tsin. He will consult before leaving for Peking with Tang Shao-Yi, the Premier who absconded from Peking and is taking refuge in the concession."
