Five Arrested at Prussian Baltic Port and Jailed at Kiel.

BERLIN, Aug. 4.— Five Englishmen who arrived from Copenhagen in a pleasure yacht have been arrested at Eckernfoerde, a Prussian Baltic port, on suspicion of espionage while photographing a naval shooting stand.
They were taken to Kiel, where they were imprisoned to await trial.
