Cutter Capsizes Off English Island - Four Also Drown Near Brighton.
LONDON, Aug. 4.— Nine boy scouts were drowned to-day by the capsizing of a cutter off Sheppey Island. A large party of the scouts were proceeding at the time to their Summer camp on the island.
Four young men of the mission camp at Saltdean, near Brighton, were also drowned to-day while bathing. Several other bank holiday fatalities are reported.
